Job summary

BOSTON INTERNATIONAL IMPORT EXPORT INC in French Lick, Indiana, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, stocking, shipping, and receiving. The role requires forklift operation, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and being on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

You will load/unload shipments, stock inventory, assist with counts (targeting about 15k units per day), and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the entire shift.
• Good communication skills and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Operate a forklift safely and effectively to move inventory, pallets, and materials throughout the warehouse
• Receive, inspect, and stock inventory in designated locations
• Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records, with a minimum of 15k per day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
• Assist with other warehouse duties and special projects as assigned
