Job summary

Cellairis in Canton, Ohio is seeking a Brand Advocate to energize foot traffic and convert walk-by customers into purchases using scripted, high-energy interactions and the AIDA model. As the face of the brand, you will deliver genuine customer service, build relationships, and drive sales while reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors using scripted, high-energy interactions and the AIDA model to drive customers to the counter.
• Persuade and encourage customers to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote and/or join our mailing list by offering free products.
