Qualifications

• Must have a current California Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Minimum of four years of bedside or clinical nursing experience within the last five years.
• Must have one year of acute care experience in the last five years.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and theory instruction with provided materials.
• Develop engaging teaching methods for students.
• Evaluate student clinical competency using clinical judgment models.
• Lead pre- and post-clinical conferences.
• Ensure compliance with clinical agency and university policies.
