VCA Animal Care Center of Sonoma County is seeking a motivated individual to join as Specialty Service Coordinator. This full-time role focuses on the Surgery Department and provides cross-training to support all departments.

The successful candidate will help organize patient schedules, assist doctors, and communicate with clients about their pets’ care. Located near Santa Rosa, our hospital values teamwork, a positive work environment, and excellence in pet care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience or training in a veterinary facility preferred.
• Proficient with multiple computer platforms and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize department patient schedules for the surgeries team.
• Coordinate with clients to guide pet care with the neurology department when needed.
• Handle administrative tasks for doctors and technicians/assistants.
