Responsibilities

Draft and review contracts and corporate documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and court filings.
Manage case files and ensure deadlines and procedural requirements.
Advise clients on business, real estate, and contract matters.
Participate in negotiations and assist with discovery, hearings, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and maintain organized documentation.
