Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of new account experience preferred, with knowledge of teller services.
• Previous cash-handling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Travels to and supports branch locations throughout the DFW market as needed to provide staffing coverage and exceptional client service.
• Opens, maintains, and closes deposit accounts with complete and accurate documentation.
• Processes banking transactions and account service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Builds client relationships through outreach, product education, cross-selling, and referrals to banking partners.
• Assists with account opening and maintenance, inquiries, and issue resolution to support branch operations.
• Assists with cash handling, teller, vault, balancing, audit, and control responsibilities as assigned.
• Researches and resolves client or account-related issues with timely follow-up.
• Safeguards confidential information and complies with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Maintains current job knowledge through ongoing training and performs additional duties as assigned.
