Job summary

TEPA Companies in the United States seeks a Journeyman III Electrician to install and repair complex electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems from technical blueprints while traveling 95% to industrial/DOD sites.

This role requires a state-issued electrician’s license, 6 years of trade experience, 3 years in Industrial/Fuels, and advanced knowledge of test equipment and blueprints; you’ll coordinate with Superintendents and onsite personnel.

Qualifications

• 6 years of verified trade experience.
• 3 years of verified Industrial/Fuels experience.
• State-issued electrician's license is required.
• Must have advanced working knowledge of test equipment and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Plans installations to minimize waste and ensure access for future maintenance.
• Prepares sketches or follows blueprints to place wiring and ensure concealment before walls/ceilings are finished.
• Measures, cuts, and installs conduit and pulls wiring.
• Tests circuit continuity with instruments (ohmmeter/oscilloscope).
• Repairs faulty equipment or systems and ensures safety compliance.
