CAMP Facility Services is seeking a Traveling Project Manager to lead construction projects across the Southeast and Midwest from our base in Marietta, GA. You will travel regularly to active jobsites, manage budgets and crews, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in multi-family restoration or construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multi-family restoration or construction experience.
• Ability to travel significantly throughout the Southeast and Midwest.
• Ability to work on-site at an office or jobsite as needed.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure job success.
• Satisfactory driving record per insurance requirements.
• Extensive construction knowledge, including cost containment and risk management.
• Intermediate computer technology skills.
• Strong ability to navigate and utilize construction software programs.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Plan the work: prepare budgets, schedules, safety and quality controls.
• Determine material, subcontractor, and labor requirements; select vendors.
• Travel regularly to active jobsites; manage projects to on-target performance.
• Conduct regular safety and quality inspections and resolve issues.
• Ensure policies and jobsite safety programs are followed; find cost savings.
• Lead and communicate: supervise and train staff; handle client inquiries and problems.
• Keep the General Manager informed of staff and project problems; participate in emergency rotation.
