Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a part-time Event Marketer to attend trade shows, fairs, and community events across the area. You will engage potential customers with energetic demonstrations, capture leads, and support the sales team to exceed targets.

The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and potential growth into management positions. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with weekly pay and performance-based raises.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and punctual.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy, engagement and ability to stand for extended periods at events.
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping app and submit leads.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations with high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work well without close supervision but always keep the manager informed.
• Generate and Data Capture show leads for our products.
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds).
