Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an outgoing Event Marketer to join our team for trade shows, fairs, festivals and community events across the region. You will engage with attendees, demonstrate products, and generate qualified leads for our sales team with high energy and professionalism.

Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission. Paid training and flexible scheduling are offered, with opportunities for growth into management positions as you contribute to Leaf Home’s growth and market presence.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods at events.
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company.
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed.
• Generate and Data Capture show leads for our award-winning products.
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds)
