Qualifications

• Ability to learn and retain tour information upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Present high-energy, scripted tour while escorting groups through the facility and actively engaging guests.
• Collect and scan tickets; provide confident and friendly directions to guests.
• Respond to questions about the venue and share information on upcoming events.
• Manage and maintain tour equipment; operate video devices and report issues to management.
• Maintain exhibits and ensure safety guidelines are followed for the tour and guests.
