Job summary

Historic Tours of America in Charleston seeks an energetic Bus Tour Conductor to drive a 26-foot tour bus on busy streets, narrate the sights, and deliver an engaging experience for guests.

You will perform daily vehicle inspections, coordinate with dispatch, and interact with the public while maintaining safety. CDL with Passenger Endorsement is preferred; candidates must be 21+, with a clean driving record. Paid training and flexible scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive a tour bus on busy public streets and narrate tours clearly.
• Ability to meet and greet the public and diverse team members in a prompt manner.
• Strong composure to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Drive a tour bus ~26 feet on busy streets while narrating a scripted sightseeing tour.
• Maintain radio contact with dispatch during tours.
• Perform daily interior and exterior vehicle inspections and complete logs.
• Interact with guests and ensure a safe, entertaining experience.
