Genesis Health Clubs in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks a Full Time Tennis Professional to grow our tennis programs with energy and expertise. You will deliver private and group lessons, maintain a safe on-court environment, and help manage program finances while building a high-energy, customer-focused culture.

Strong teaching experience, a college degree, and certifications (USPTA/PTR) are preferred; join a rapidly expanding tennis team.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 1+ years tennis teaching experience.
• USPTA and/or PTR certification recommended.
• Playing level 4.0 or higher.
• Ambitious, passionate, coachable with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador for tennis across age groups and skill levels.
• Deliver and maintain a minimum of 35 on-court teaching hours per week.
• Provide private and group lessons for all ages and levels.
• Oversee financial performance of programs and private lessons.
• Ensure the tennis court environment is safe and clean.
