Rexel USA in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Switchgear Project Manager II to oversee moderate complexity projects, place orders, track shipments and bill customers accurately. You will own the customer relationship and coordinate with sales and vendors while maintaining clear, timely communication throughout the project.

You will expeditiously resolve OS&Ds, manage pricing with vendors, coordinate documentation such as O&M manuals and test reports, and prepare quotes and proposals to improve

Formación

• 3+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED is required.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage moderate profile projects requiring strong product knowledge.
• Communicate with customers, expedite OS&Ds and resolve issues.
• Read through Purchase Orders to understand requirements and confirm terms.
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, orders, and accounts.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
• Manage delivery schedule, product quality, and documentation.
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and proposals.
• Coordinate with project team for documentation such as O&M manuals and test reports.
• Identify pricing advantages and substitutions to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with project team on O&M manuals, test reports, and certificates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
