Job summary

Headfirst Summer Camps in Washington state is seeking Junior Counselors for the summer season. You will join a team to oversee groups of campers, lead activities with enthusiasm, and follow a structured daily schedule designed for safety and engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work with campers of all ages.
• Willingness to follow curriculum and supervise activities.
• Demonstrated dedication, flexibility and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead a group of 12-20 campers with a co-counselor.
• Teach pre-written curriculum and engage campers during breaks.
• Implement safety protocols during supervision and activities.
• Coordinate carpool, welcome families, and support program staff.
• Support specialized staff in art, STEM, swim, and other activities.
• Attend daily staff meetings and seasonal trainings.
