Qualifications

• High school diploma and ability to pass Work Keys assessment required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong belief that all students can learn and succeed.
• Ability to support both academic and social-emotional development of students.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support small-group instruction and individualized learning activities.
• Reinforce concepts during independent practice and intervention blocks.
• Provide targeted academic support based on data.
