Job summary

Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and preferably have experience working with students. The position is on an as-needed basis, and hours are not guaranteed, thus it is not considered permanent. Compensation ranges from $116.25 to $130.00 per day depending on certification status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience working with students is highly recommended.
• Must complete Effective Teacher Training course or Substitute 101 Course.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support and supervision to students.
• Manage classroom behavior in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Follow lesson plans and adapt as necessary.
