Starting Date: To Be Determined. Current hourly rates are $30.00 for active licensed teachers and $23.00 for active substitute licenses, with no NMPSIA or NMERB benefits and no PTO accruals included in this role.

Qualifications

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
• Six hours of observations plus paid orientation session
• No NMPSIA Insurance Benefits, No NMERB Retirement Benefits, No PTO accruals

Responsibilities

• Direct program of study, create classroom environment conducive to learning, align with curriculum goals
• Communicate objectives for lessons/units/projects to students
• Maintain classroom order and support rules of conduct
• Attend staff meetings when applicable
