Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, stimulating classroom environment following the lead teacher's plan.
• Arrange room and select materials suitable for developmental level and learning styles.
• Support language development and expressive abilities in children.
• Establish positive relationships with parents and encourage participation.
• Maintain attendance, meal counts and child-specific documentation.
• Collaborate with staff to implement Center plans and policies.
