Job summary

Qualifications

• Shall hold a minimum of a high school diploma and the required Kentucky certificate for the assigned position.
• Shall demonstrate the ability to work effectively with students, peers and adults.
• Shall demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans and classroom routines provided by the regular teacher.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and respectful classroom environment.
• Oversee student behavior and manage disruptions according to school policy.
• Report daily activities and student progress to the school administrator or assigned supervisor.
