Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts including weekends.
• On-site availability required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee everyday supervision of store operations with attention to detail.
• Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales to maximize productivity.
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff to build a motivated team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively.
• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management.
• Support staff advancement and manage benefits and salaries.
• Open and close the store, with opportunities for scaling pay based on performance.
• Attend certified training after 6 months (travel required for training week).
