Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management with proven leadership.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate or manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Area/District Manager and lead a dynamic team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold merchandising standards and store procedures.
• Manage labor, optimize inventory, and promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with coaching and performance feedback.
• Uphold store standards and drive profitability through effective sales strategies.
• Handle cash and ensure adherence to SOPs in a safe, clean store environment.
• Coordinate with HR on employee performance and relations as needed.
