Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) who will lead with energy, support the Store Manager in driving sales, and enhance customer experiences. With a strong focus on team leadership, the ASM will ensure the store runs smoothly while fostering a winning culture.

The role requires 1+ years of retail experience and the ability to coach a diverse team. The ASM will also manage daily operations and contribute towards achieving sales goals while engaging with customers on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and confidence.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited.
• Help manage daily store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
