Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; 16 years old in the EMEA Region.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each shift.
• Comfortable with technology such as hand-held and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods.
• Ensure the store, sales floor, and stockrooms are clean and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy.
• Model the UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Support and adhere to Under Armour's visual standards for merchandise flow.
• Engage in safety practices on the sales floor and stockroom; report concerns.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and alert management of unusual activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Self-develop and pursue growth opportunities.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
