Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• 2-3 years experience in a skilled nursing facility rehab environment.
• CA SLP license or license candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology evaluation and treatment to maximize communication and swallowing abilities.
• Document services in medical records and ensure billing alignment.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise Clinical Fellow and other SLPs during patient care.
• Participate in rehab team conferences and caregiver training sessions.
