Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker with fluency in Spanish.
• Experience teaching or working with children in a school setting.
• Ability to develop engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Grades 1–8.
• Waldorf teaching experience or training preferred but not required.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Interest in Waldorf education and collaboration with faculty.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Spanish lessons across Grades 1–8.
• Integrate oral fluency, cultural awareness, and arts elements such as songs, movement, storytelling.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and colleagues.
• Collaborate with faculty and participate in the life of the school.
