Qualifications

• New York State teaching certification in one of the listed languages.
• Experience teaching world language to grades 7-12 preferred.
• Experience with online or hybrid instruction considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and rigorous world language instruction to grades 7-12.
• Teach courses including introductory, Checkpoint A/B, and college-level language courses.
• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with NYS standards.
• Utilize instructional technology for in-person, hybrid, and remote learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues, college partners, and industry partners to support program goals.
• Participate in faculty meetings and professional learning.
