You will work closely with the Executive Chef to forecast production, test recipes, and ensure high guest satisfaction through exceptional quality and safety standards. This role offers broad exposure to culinary leadership and collaborative growth.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree or 5 years practical hotel/culinary experience with supervisory experience.
• Must be able to utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate at a management level with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
• Must have sanitation and supervision certifications as mandated by Florida and Marriott.

Aufgaben

• Supervise culinary staff across prep, stations, stewards and receivers.
• Assist Executive Chef with end-of-month inventory and forecasting.
• Maintain quality, safety, and sanitation standards across all culinary areas.
• Coordinate with front-of-house for dietary requests and special events; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop daily menus, specialties, and oversee training programs for staff.
