Job summary

Shakopee High School is seeking a Social Studies Teacher, LTS (1.0 FTE) with a MN teaching license in Social Studies or related fields. The assignment runs from late October 2026 through early March 2027, with courses including Seminar 9 and Human Geography.

You will deliver content-based instruction, foster a positive classroom culture, and collaborate with staff and families. Eligibility requires MN licensure in Social Studies or related history fields and an ability to build strong

Qualifications

• Valid MN teaching license in Social Studies, History, History-Humanities or American Studies.
