Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store on a per-shift basis in Irving, TX. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, oversee daily operations, and coach team members to meet performance standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail/food service and at least 1 year in leadership. Excellent communication, teamwork, and a commitment to safety are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.

• Drive Operational Excellence and ensure standards for guest service, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
