Mossy Auto Group in California is hiring a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the first contact, knowledgeable about offerings, inventory needs, scheduling and repairs. Prior hospitality/retail experience is welcome as a transition into automotive service.

The role emphasizes professional presentation, strong communication and the ability to coordinate with technicians to deliver quality service.

Mansioni

Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
Take ownership of the customer’s experience and complete assignments to leave a positive impression.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, by phone or in person.
Advise customers of estimated service and repair costs and review invoices with them.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
Ensure thorough re-delivery check of customer vehicle and that all service items are completed on schedule.
