Qualifications

• F&B knowledge for menu items is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Describe menu items to customers and suggest drinks that match their tastes.
• Provide detailed information on drinks/food, ingredients, and allergens.
• Take guest orders accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with preparing and serving food items as needed.
• Serve promptly and check guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Uphold safety and sanitation requirements for guests and team.
• Operate cash registers and credit card machines, handling payments accurately.
• Maintain dining area and service station cleanliness and organization.
• Stock stations with paper products and beverage prep items as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation and delivery.
• Address guest inquiries professionally and helpfully.
• Assist with setting up/clearing tables and restocking supplies.
