• Engage guests to customize service and address special requests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Enter orders in the POS system.
• Deliver orders with hospitality and promptness.
• Help maintain clean and organized service area.
• Run food to tables as needed for teammates.
• Collect payments and provide change promptly.
• Follow safe serving and health code policies.
