Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to ring register per company policy.
• Possesses a food handling license.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service while taking food orders, serving and preparing food in the Food Service department.
• Greets customers when within ten feet and four seconds of contact.
• Keeps workstation clean and organized by dusting, wiping, and sweeping area.
• Makes sandwiches by request of customers.
• Tracks food inventory, alert cooks and refill food counter if needed.
• Plates meals for customers, with correct portioning.
• Verifies/balances register till at the beginning and end of shift.
• Accepts/Processes payment from customer in the form of cash, credit, debit, ebt, and check.
• Verifies and processes coupons.
• Maintains register accuracy, knows/ carries out proper register procedures.
• Performs other related duties as needed as assigned by manager.
