Boulder View Tavern in Lake Harmony, PA, part of Troon, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced hospitality team. You will supervise service staff, ensure quality, and drive guest satisfaction in a dynamic golf and community setting.

The role emphasizes staff development, budgeting, and daily operations, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining high standards across all service areas.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (AA) or six months to one year related experience.
• Experience supervising service staff and maintaining standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer-service focus.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and conducts pre-shift meetings to review specials and menu changes.
• Greets guests at tables and ensures complete customer satisfaction.
• Creates revenue forecasts and reports; monitors restaurant budget.
• Interviews, hires, trains, directs work, and evaluates performance.
• Oversees daily restaurant activities including serving, bussing, seating, and room service.
