Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred.
• Ability to talk with guests and answer questions clearly.
• Strong teamwork and positive energy in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Create standout guest experiences with your team.
• Assist guests with menu navigation, allergens and dietary needs.
• Highlight craft cocktails, local beers, and beverage options.
• Guide guests on how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social.
• Follow steps of service to meet brand standards.
• Use TOAST POS to enter orders and process payments.
• Keep tables dialed in and ensure guests have everything they need.
• Assist with stocking and maintaining the server station.
