Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill, Inc. in Burbank, CA is seeking a part-time server to create a welcoming dining experience for guests. You will take orders, serve beverages, deliver meals and handle payments while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

You'll join a team-focused environment, use a POS system, and rely on your hospitality skills to anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and ensure smooth service during busy shifts.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of serving experience in a full service restaurant with a bar.
• Guest-focused, proactive, charismatic, outgoing and approachable.
• Able to speak, read and understand English.
• Has excellent verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
• Can perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to solve problems, adapt to change easily and multi-task.
• Able to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with guests, team members and managers to make a positive lasting impression.
• Ensure and promote safety and cleanliness.
• Serve alcohol to guests following safe alcohol service guidelines and local, state and federal laws.
• Take guests' orders and accurately enter them in our POS system.
• Prepare beverages, desserts & soups.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Particiate in team pre-bussing and running of food, offer to help fellow team members.
• Process payments, including making change for cash payments.
• Light cleaning.
• Communicate openly with management regarding any work-related concerns.
