Job summary

Summit Point, a Sonida Senior Living community in Macedonia, OH, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to engage residents in recreational activities and programs that promote independence and quality of life.

You will interact with residents, families, and staff with a focus on respectful care, while following service plans and participating in mandated in-service training. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
