Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in El Paso, IL is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the Activities Director in planning and delivering engaging programs for residents.

You will help assess needs, organize activities, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment, bringing energy and a compassionate approach to daily life at the center.

Prior LTC experience and certification preferred; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Activities Certification preferred
• One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services within the past five years preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director with the assessment, selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services to address the individual needs and interests of the residents.
