Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with WV teaching certification.
Criminal background check required before employment.
Knowledge of WV content standards and JCBOE policies.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement WV content standards-aligned lessons with high expectations.
Develop lesson plans and provide individualized and small group instruction as needed.
Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and communicate student progress to parents.
Create a safe and engaging learning environment and manage classroom behavior.
Collaborate with department and participate in school programs and activities.
Performs attending, scheduling, and responding to communications as required.
