Qualifications

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate in secondary education (or equivalent)
• Certifications include Integrated Science (DI), General Science (DX) or Chemistry (DC)
• Demonstrated knowledge of science education program components (classroom/lab)
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, colleagues, and administrators
• Ability to use technology for instruction, assessment and demonstration
• Plan and implement programs and events to support Agriscience topics
• Leadership and involvement in FFA programs preferred
• Maintain student records and monitor progress to support student success
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and administration
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learners
• Reflect on teaching practices and engage in professional development
