Specialized Education Services, Inc. is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and monitor progress for students with communication disorders.

You will deliver direct therapy to individuals and small groups, implement evidence-based strategies, and support inclusive learning environments. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers, document progress, and participate in team meetings and professional development to stay current on best

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP certification and CPR/BLS may be required
• Experience with children in educational or therapeutic settings is highly desirable
• Direct speech and language therapy experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented record-keeping
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy techniques and willingness to learn under supervision
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to individual students and small groups
• Implement treatment plans and intervention strategies as directed
• Provide one-on-one support during therapy sessions to reinforce skill development and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other service providers to support goals
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding therapy sessions and progress
• Coordinate scheduling of therapy sessions and manage student records
