Qualifications

• Current NC SLP license or eligible licensure.
• ASHA certification preferred.
• Eligible for North Carolina Professional Educator License in SLP.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership with colleagues and committees.
• Collaborates with school staff to plan services.
• Maintains speech-language records and ECATS documentation.
• Conducts screenings and assessments; makes recommendations.
• Engages in ongoing professional growth and education.
• Provides supervision and consultation to staff and parents.
• Coordinates services with EC team and other personnel.

Education

Master's Degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders, Speech Language Pathology, or Speech & Hearing Sciences

License from the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists

North Carolina Professional Educator's License in Speech Language Pathology (or eligibility)

ASHA Certification

Valid driver's license
