Supplemental Health Care is seeking a local contract School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a 13-week assignment in Cleveland, Texas. The 30-hour week schedule runs 8-hour days, with local contract employment within a district setting.

Requirements include an active Texas SLPA license if required, BLS through the American Heart Association, and at least one year of related experience; school experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLPA license if required by that state
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least one year of recent relevant experience preferred
• School experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist SLP-CCC with evaluations and screenings
• Implement individualized education plans developed by the supervising SLP
• Provide direct therapy services addressing goals set by the supervising SLP
• Collect data and document student performance and report timely
