Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a Delaware school district for the upcoming year.

The role combines onsite work in school buildings with services to medically homebound students, with August 25, 2026 start and through June 8, 2027, and a flexible schedule up to 37.5 hours per week. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice and fluency disorders, develop IEP-based plans, travel to homes as needed, and collaborate with educators,

Qualifications

Must hold Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license.
CCC-SLP certification required.
Experience in a school setting preferred.
Ability to adapt to changing caseloads.
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Willingness to serve students in-homebound and school settings.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Develop and implement individualized plans based on students' IEPs.
Provide services at school sites and travel to homes within the district as needed.
Maintain thorough records and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals.
Participate in IEP meetings, consultation, and professional development as required.
Flexibly support a caseload that includes in-school and homebound students.
