Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess student health and develop care plans.
• Communicate with families and staff to support student needs.
• Develop, implement, and manage medical 504 plans and participate in EST/IEP meetings.
• Support school safety and crisis management; organize appropriate training.
• Maintain compliance with Vermont DoH, HIPAA and FERPA laws.
• Manage student health records and immunization compliance.
• Medication administration.
• Other duties assigned by the principal or school nurse leader.
