Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams).
• Experience with computer-based order or inventory systems helpful.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize load sheets and paperwork for daily deliveries.
• Print, separate, and distribute production paperwork by daily priorities.
• Update paperwork and system notes when deliveries or priorities change.
• Communicate rush orders and updates to production and shipping teams.
• Track back orders and follow up for information as needed.
• Assist with processing returns and RMAs.
• Enter and maintain order notes in NetSuite.
