Northwestern Mutual - Park Avenue seeks an Insurance Sales Associate to provide comprehensive sales and administrative support to Financial Representatives. The role includes CRM management, processing applications, and coordinating underwriting steps to help advisors grow their practice.

The position supports new business activities, client communications, and back-end operations to ensure timely service delivery and compliance within a leading financial services firm.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales Support/Financial Services.
• Licensed for Life, Accident & Health or completed within 90 days of hire.
• Quality-focused, detail oriented and able to prioritize requests to meet shifting deadlines.
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate with all levels of management.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Financial Representatives.
• Manage the Financial Representative CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Run reporting, illustrations, policy changes, and other service requests.
• Manage client communications and e-signatures through DocuSign.
• New Business: pre-fill client applications and coordinate medical histories.
• Coordinate with Representatives to usher clients through underwriting processes.
