Responsibilities

• Cross trained to assist both the Sales Coordinator and the Rental Coordinator with daily operational tasks.
• Tracking Purchase Orders, Ordering and checking in equipment
• Preparing and review lease documents
• Equipment and rental cycle billing
• Sales filing and auditing
• Updating spreadsheets and daily reports
• Creating Reports
• Sales Lead follow-up
• Preparing emails and providing content to potential customers
• Cold calling and tracking responses
• Assist Vice President of Sales with special projects
