Job summary

Kirkland’s Home is looking for a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and support all aspects of store operations and merchandising. You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain an organized sales floor with a focus on service and accuracy.

This role requires energetic teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Energetic, people and results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.
• Able to stand/move around store for prolonged periods.
• Experience with basic merchandising and stockroom organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store and online as part of Kirkland’s Home model.
• Engage with customers, model selling behaviors, and greet customers enthusiastically.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise to build baskets.
• Maintain organized salesfloor, stockroom, and accurate pricing/inventory.
• Support branding and exhibit Kirkland’s Home values in every interaction.
• May perform other duties as necessary.
